Shipping Time & Delivery

• Orders are processed within 2-3 business days after confirmation.
• Standard shipping takes 5-7 business days depending on the location.
• Express shipping (if available) takes 2-4 business days with an additional charge.
• Tracking details will be shared via email/WhatsApp once the order is dispatched.

Shipping Charges

• Standard Shipping: ₹50 (Free for orders above ₹3000).
• Express Shipping: ₹150 (Applicable on eligible pin codes).
• International shipping charges will be calculated at checkout.

Order Delays

• In case of unforeseen delays, we will notify you via email/WhatsApp.
• Dor Closets is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, or natural calamities.
